That’s what KFC and Oprah Winfrey are dealing with since she announced live on her show the Kentucky Grilled Chicken dinner giveaway.
In a matter of hours the promotion skyrocketed up the Google trends list, KFC’s server overloaded with requests for the coupon and lines literally began to form at KFC’s all across the country.
Initial praise for the promotion quickly turned to the question — Was KFC really prepared to fulfill their promise?
Now, the big question about their big idea is — How will they respond?
